OFFICE STAFF are completely unacceptabe
If Dr. Magnotti truly does not want new referrals this is the best way to make that happen.getting through by phone and scheduling is basically impossibe and satff are obstructive rather than informative.This is a terrible public relations fiasco for Sutter as well.

Dr. Magnotti's has a bedside manner and personality I look for in doctors. He cares about his craft and is intellectually curious. He's provided excellent support to me, helping me deal with issues I've been embarrassed about, and has been willing to earnestly investigate issues I've brought to him. If you're looking for an Endocrinologist, I can't recommend him enough.

II have been a patient for many years. The problem is that no response was made to refill a prescription. When I tried to contact the office it took three attempts to reach a human. I was told the reason is that only two people were in attendance in the office and they are continuously busy. This no doubt is an attempt to reduce overhead expenses by the newly merged offices. I decided to air this problem online because the doctors have been made aware but no changes have been forthcoming.
