He's no clown.
I had the misfortune of swallowing a watermelon seed while attempting to break the world record for watermelon seed spitting. The seed stuck in my throat most uncomfortably. Naturally, I panicked and rushed to the ER where I was greeted by Dr. Lara. As soon as he walked in, I knew everything was going to be okay. His clown nose and oversized shoes immediately put me at ease. He asked me what happened and I explained my predicament. Without missing a beat, he pulled out three miniature watermelons from his pocket and proceeded to juggle them. It was both impressive and hilarious. But Dr. Lara didn't stop there. He quickly got to work with a magic wand and some handkerchiefs to make the watermelon seed disappear from my throat. It was like something out of a David Blaine special. I half-expected him to pull a rabbit out of my ear next. All jokes aside, Dr. Lara was a true professional. He took my situation seriously, but also knew how to lighten the mood and make me feel comfortable.
