Always rushes appointments
It's been years since I've seen her, but she always rushed through appointments and did not take the time to fully explain anything. Also, there is always a long wait when visiting her office.

Spent last 28 years with this practice, raising 2 children, one with serious health issues. Couldn't have done it without Dr Lu, who provided amazing care and guidance throughout. She is able to coordinate and oversee treatment plans with multiple specialists with skill and ease. My family bonded with her, trusted and respected her advice and thrived under her excellent care.
