Experience was fairly good

The other reviews are very accurate. When we started with her I would have said 5 stars, but over the years, I would now give her 1 star. You get to see her once a year at most, PA's come and go, and her office staff is mediocre. We are leaving the practice asap.

Dr. Jhaver is a phenomenal physician who is very thorough, caring, knowledgeable, professional and has been our provider for 3 years (we were recommended to her by neighbors who had nothing but good things to say about her)! We feel the same and are fortunate we found her!!! Thank you Dr. Jhaver!!!

We were dropped when we asked if some expensive lab tests were critical for condition and to get meds refilled. They said they had reduced the list of tests but hadn't. We did not find out until we went to reschedule our appointment that 'The doctor had dropped us'. This is suppose to occur in writing and we received no notice. Luckily we found another doctor who was willing to see us before our next medication refill was missed.

Dr Jhaver is an awesome Doctor. I have been seeing her for about 20 years. She listens to my concerns and acts promptly on them. There is no way I would ever consider changing doctors.

This office is not what it once was. She has signs up to be kind.Take your own advise. I had several kidney surgeries over the summer and was chewed out for missing blood work and an appointment for my kidneys when I was being treated by a real doctor. Policies force unnecessary care

She saved my life. She listens to you. And she also expects you to do your part to staying well.

While the doctor seems reasonable and pleasant, she's not very good at communicating. "let's see where were' at in a few months" means that if you don't come in for an office visit, in less than 90 days they'll cut off your medications. Most of the time you only get to see nurse practitioner that changes every year. They want you to come in frequently so they can bill your insurance. Low Vitamin D - you need to come in. High cholesterol - you need to come in. High blood pressure - you need to come in. Physical - you need to come in, and my favorite, "The doctor wants to see you" - you need to come in. This office used to better but it's changed over the past few years. I would avoid this doctor unless you like pointless office visits and a confrontational staff.

The office frequently calls you with lab results. Unfortunately, they are the wrong results. The nurse practitioner laughs it off saying, "oh that was my fault, I gave them the wrong number." They go thru nurse practitioners & PA's like water. I've been a patient for over 10 yrs and have seen 10 or more of them. I haven't seen Dr. Jhaver in over a year. I guess our schedules don't coincide with each other. They also want you to come in all the time. I'm assuming to collect that co-pay. I'm 51 and feel I should only have to be seen twice a year. I'm in the medical field, and have put up with their awful office for too long. They cut off vital medications, because you haven't been in recently. it's absolutely ridiculous. If you have lots of time and like paying co-pays frequently, and never seeing the doctor. This place is for you.

My wife had 2 appointments (one with Dr. Jhaver and one with her nurse practitioner). We discovered after the fact that both of her appointments ran over about ~5 minutes, because of medical questions on some symptoms she was having. After being a patient there only a month, and as a result of the appointments running over, Dr. Jhaver said that her office was not a fit for my wife and asked her to find another office. A few days after the appointment with Dr. Jhaver my wife was in the emergency room (tied to symptoms that my wife was having during the appt with Dr. Jhaver), but evidently she had used up all of her appointment time and getting her out the door was more important to this doctor's office.

I wanted to change Dr I went here to get the paperwork they had everything that they need but refused me when I would not disclose my SSN, with all the loos of information I was not happy giving this out

Fabulous doctor and all around caring person. Have been going to her for many years and always felt satisfied after every visit. She fully addressees my questions and either treats me or referrers me to an excellent specialist. Always receive test results in a timely manner. Office staff is very helpful and all her assistants are excellent as well.

Both my wife and I have been patients of Dr Megan Jhaver since 2014(over 7 years). She has been our QB for our healthcare all these years. Her attention to our needs has been excellent. Her staff has been very friendly and lab work is done onsite. She provides us with a network of excellent referral specialists that are top of the line as we need them. Her demeanor during our office visits are as if we are family. Very caring and compassionate. She is one of the best General Practice MD's in the East Valley. Thank You Megan your the Best !

I have been seeing doctor Driver for about 10 years and have found her healthcare to totally satisfactory. Employees in the office change more often than I would like but she does take care of me and looks after my health care with concern.

Dr. Jhaver is a wonderful and caring Physician, DO NOT listen to the other reviews she has treated my entire family and has always done so with compassion and care, those other reviewers that wrote awful stuff are more than likely just upset because they did not get their way and are not advocates for their own health, which means following up and following recommendations. Her staff and NP are great DO NOT go by those terrible reviews. I have known her since 2007 and she is an amazing Doc!

Extremely unprofessional. She is a 13 year old teenager with a temper. Do not ever see her as she will lie about your tests. When you call and are frustrated about being billed for something you didn't ask to get done they won't help you. They don't care if they interrupt or are rude first. They will flip the script and say you're being rude and questioning their medical knowledge. She then proceeds to take a phone from an employee and yell at you instead. Doesn't matter of they acted unprecedented first to get you upset. It's still on you and you can't fight for your rights. Read all the reviews about her and you'll see. She's a horrible human being that doesn't deserve to practice medicine. I've never had someone in any form of job be as rude and ignorant as she was. Do not see her. Do not trust her. Many many many patients are calling her a lying snake and it's true I've found now.

I saw Dr.Jhaver again today and was impressed all over again. Being over 70 years old I have seen a lot of doctors in various fields of treatment over my life. Finding Dr.Jhaver was probably the most important physician contact I have ever made. First, her staff is always courteous and I am welcomed no matter how busy they may be. Dr. Jhaver is a general practice physician for me and I rely on her for referrals for specialty areas. She has referred me to a podiatrist who changed my life with a foot repair, and a hand surgeon who fixed old problems and restored the use of my right hand fingers. How do you thank somebody for these referrals that give you back mobility. But what I really value most is her ability to speak to me as a person with empathy and caring.

Recently called her office to make an appointment for a complete physical, I have not seen her in over a year and was told I would have to make a 'pre-appointment' before I could make the actual physical exam appointment! What a money-grabbing scam.

Dr Jhaver and staff are top notch and have treated me and my husband for several years with a kind and loving touch both from Dr Jhaver, Keri her NP and staff.
