I had my first visit with Dr Shah today, every one in the office was great. I really liked Dr Shah, she took her time to get my history, she was nice, I would recommend her, and I am keeping her as my doctor, she was also very knowledgeable.

Dr Shah refused to fill a prescription for life saving medication because I did not meet her undefined specialist schedule. I only found out because the prescription and it was not @ the pharmacy. I sent an email to Dr Shah requesting that she submit the refill so I could pick it up upon return from business travel and I received an email telling me to find a new GP and she would only fill it for 30 days. I have never been treated so rudely by a Dr.

I highly recommend Dr. Shah and her staff. I found Dr. Shah to be very warm, caring, and thorough. She listened patiently and addressed all of my concerns. I am a new patient and am very happy and confident in maintaining her as my PCP. Her staff, too, was friendly, courteous, as well as efficient. I felt very welcomed.

Having become suddenly ill, requiring surgeries and having no primary doctor, I was fortunate to find Dr. Shah. She is precise, understanding and extremely professional. Dr Shah has directed me in addressing complications from my illness not only by providing me the best medical care I've encountered in a very long time, but has also directed me to doctors specializing in other fields that has vastly improved my health. I am 100 percent satisfied with her.

Dr. Shah is the only doctor in the office, first of all, so if she is on a lengthily vaca, you can see no one else! It is almost impossible getting meds refilled. She is not a personable doctor at all nor does she act concerned. She wants you in and out of her office very quickly and will not listen to concerns. I would not recommend her to anyone if you are looking for a good and caring doctor!
