Excellent Doctor listens to her patients

From the time the receptionist greets you until you check out, everyone is welcoming and kind.

She takes time and is thorough. She is conservative in her treatments and it works. However the appointment policies of the office are questionable. I got an appointment with her after 10 days while coughing to death. They would not let me see another doctor and even then appointments were months away.

Dr. Patrawala is a great, patient doc. She answerd all our questions and gave us so much information, helping us understand our baby allergies. I will definitely recommend her to friends and family.

Horrible as can be. The physician needs to find her good bedside manner and personality.

She spent sometimes with us and advised us; however as soon as we asked her to have additional tests to whether conform our suspicion she completely changed her attitude toward us. She came back after the nurse performed these test with the result still had the same attitude that doesn't want to advise us anymore. We paid outrageous out of pocket cosy for these tests and expected professionalism. For a doctor she should be able to handle these requests with professionalism

Dr Patrawala listened with intent to my concerns and offered up to date treatment options that had not been presented to me before. All of the staff I have encountered are professional and competent.

She is the best. She was able to keep my 5 year old calm throughout the entire visit. My 5 year old doesn't like any doctors but loves coming to Dr. Patrawala. Based on my kids experience, I switched to be a patient of Dr. Patrawala as well.

I appreciated that Dr. Patrawala did not push medical interventions once she diagnosed the issue and knew that none were needed. That was refreshing. Dr. Patrawala explained causes, risks, and remedies clearly and thoroughly. I would absolutely utilize Dr. Patrawala’s expertise again!

Dr Patrawala is an exceptional Dr. My asthma was out of control. I had inhalers in every room car and purse now I've started running again and my inhaler is not tucked in a pocket. From the minute she opens the door she's present listening attentively. She knew all the new treatments that was available & side effects reported. I'm from an asthmatic family grandfather up so I've seen doctors. I cannot say enough about this doctor more than God bless her for caring and exemplifying what doctors should do. My mom drives about an hour to see her my "mom is tough". Most Dr's don't care enough to walk in the room with a patient and be present. If you are tired of trying to figure out what's wrong and how to fix it.Dr Patrawala will work with you to figure it out and find a solution. This woman does research for her patients treatment. ??.

I have been experiencing hives daily for over 2 months. I thought I would be in for allergy testing, but Dr. Patrawala diagnosed the issue to be related to Covid vaccine. My hives started 7-10 days after my second booster. I started the regimen using Zyrtec yesterday, and my hives have lessened. I highly recommend Dr. Patrawala to anyone with allergy/asthma issues. Dr. Patrawala answered my questions and provided a pathway to relief of my symptoms.
