Dr. Chiang does not listen to patients and is very forceful on imposing her own way of doing things as opposed to the patient needs. She cares more about the medical side of things than caring about the patient journey itself. Her staff along with herself are very unprofessional and do not give the patient a good experience. Dr Chiang and her staff are very unaccommodating and do not need to be in the medical field.

Dr Chiang does not listen to the patients, she never wants to get to the root of the problem. She just wants to keep making patients take medication that mask the problem instead of resolving the issue so that they have to keep coming back for billable services
