Dr. Beri cancelled my scheduled appointment (which I had moved several things around on my schedule to get in) and then told me I couldn't get into the schedule until a month later. Not acceptable. If they move/cancel an appointment, in my mind, it's their job to fit you back into the schedule in a timely matter. I won't be going there now that I know my health and situation is not a priority.

Continual rescheduling of appointments!!! Last minute cancellations by the doctor!!! Nice office, good service (when it actually happens), I'm not one to complain but enough is enough. Wife has had 20 or so appointments over the last few years, out of this at least 15 have been rescheduled or cancelled due to the Doctors inability to keep her schedule. Many times my wife has scheduled a day off work due to procedures on her eyes, only to be called at 4:50pm the night before to be cancelled!!!
