Great Doctor and Staff
My visits are always comfortable and the staff takes their time to explain what they're doing. Dr. Lott takes his time and asks questions about how my vision has been doing, the after times of each injection, and his concerns about any changes he sees. Appointments are easy to schedule and the location is easy to get to.

No Respect for Patient's Time
I arrived early for a 10:45 appt. but wasn't taken back for preliminary tests until 11:25. After that, with dilated eyes, I waited in second waiting room until 12:25 while others arrived and went. Finally it was just two of us and we discovered we both had a 10:45 appt. with Dr. Lott. When she was called, I left and asked for a refund of my co-pay. Will not return.

Professional and thorough eye exam
I recently had a sudden onset of a vision change comprised of a couple of new, large floaters which caused some blurring in my vision until it moved out of my visual field. I was referred within the practice to Dr. Lott for his expertise in retinal disease. Having had cataract surgery several months prior I was concerned about retinal detachment. Fortunately, that was not the case at the time of the visit. Dr. Lott was very thorough and answered all my questions/concerns to my satisfaction.

Dr Lott is a wonderful doctor, He is professional and very easy to communicate with. Has no issues with answering all questions and does it so that you understand. I would highly recommend him and will return if needed without hesitation. Both cataract surgeries were easier than getting my routine biannual teeth cleaning! Thanks Dr Lott.

I am the epitome of a patient that no doctor wants, as I’m nervous and I shake. Something about an operation on my eye wasn’t working too well in my brain. But Dr Lott and his medical assistants were absolutely wonderful. I’m almost seeing well in my right eye and I’m having my 2nd cataract operation on Wed next week. I will go but I did tell him I would get nervous. And he didn’t seem surprised or scared or anything. A wonderful man.
