Dr. Carter is an excellent doctor. She went above and beyond when I messaged her with a complication. She explains her thoughts very clearly and doesn't rush through appointments. I feel I'm in excellent hand in her care.

Dr. Carter is a good neurologist with good office procedures. Unfortunately, the office staff is not up to the same standard. Appoinments are not handled correctly and we arrived today at 8:10 for an 8:20 appointment. Had we been even five minutes late there are penalties and a charge is made for missed appointments. I will be requesting a like credit since they missed the appointment. I will check before leaving for their office next time to make sure they haven't changed it again.

I would not recommend Dr. Carter for Parkinson's treatment. For all patients, if you have a question or concern and attempt to call the office- there is a warning in the that patients will be charged a fee for contacting the doctor!!
