Never underestimate the difference you make and how much all of you are appreciated! From the concerned receptionist, to the nurses and PA’s to the CNP’s when you walk through the lobby to see your doctor. I have been touched with raw empathy and understanding— what a fine group of people and doctors at Orthopedic Institute!!

Dr. Wingate displayed my x-rays & explained the my situation clearly. He took into account my input on my situation in deciding treatment.

He was very thorough on what steps I need to take. Scheduled an MRI after initial findings from X-rays. I feel taken care of and glad I was directed to him.

I had my six week post-op appointment with Dr. Wingate this morning and I could not be more grateful for his care and dedication Dr Wingate knew that I have been struggling with pain, and assured me that we will get to the bottom of it, ordering a MRI to investigate further. He truly listens and proves that he cares about his patients. I am blessed to have Dr Wingate as my spinal orthopedic specialist and have full confidence that he will do everything in his power to help me recover. Thank you with all my heart Dr Wingate. He was polite, and professional. He kept asking if I had any other questions like I was his only patient. Truly takes the time which was appreciated.

He told me I had options for my stenosis and explained them all very well. He said it would have to be my decision as to which one I would need in the future. He is not a doctor who says I need an operation right away. He gave me some options to try first which seemed like a good idea. Very pleasant and accommodating.

Dr Wingate is very friendly plus he explains things in detail so you know what is going to happen. He also answers all your questions. All the staff in his office are friendly and helpful. I have had very good outcomes with Orthopedic Institute and Dr. Wingate.

We came to Orthopedic Institute from another health system after a scoliosis diagnosis for my child. Dr Wingate did a fantastic job of explaining the medical terms, my child's prognosis, and answering all our questions that were left unanswered after our diagnosis. We 'broke up with' our first doctor, and will be returning to OI for followup and treatment.

He did a great job on my back surgery. No pain thank you
