I was in an exam room at 9:30 my appointment time. This was after my checkin and my X-rays. WOW. Dr Pacana was super. Easy to talk too, Friendly, explained everything going on.

The staff were polite, professional and conscientious. Dr. Pacana took great care in his evaluation. He paid attention to my active lifestyle and tailored a treatment plan to fit my needs. I never got the impression procedures or treatments were being pushed, taking the least invasive effective methods to get me back on my feet. Highly recommend

Intake triage was a little confusing, even though I was referred by another provider in the practice, Jason Lee.

Dr. Picana did surgery on my husband as he broke his fibula and injured some other areas of his leg. If y’all are looking for an excellent surgeon, this is the one for you. I very rarely give reviews, but doctor Picana is so special so brilliant but most of all so caring. he truly cared about my husband and took all the time in the world to answer our questions and to go over his medications and everything that he needed in order for my husband to heal as fast as possible. It doesn’t impress me for someone to have an MD behind their name, but it does impress me when an MD truly cares about his patients. This proves that he’s in it to make a difference in peoples lives, and not just for the money. if you have any issues with your leg and need surgery contact this man because he is a blessing and a gift from God

Knowledgeable, caring, explains condition well, great bedside manner, but you'll think that he is your neighbor's 15-year-old because he's so young looking.

On Saturday May 13th 2023, I fell from a ladder and went to the ER where they found that I had fractured my Tibia. They told me to see an Orthopedic. This was not how I planned to celebrate my 70th birthday! I previously had a hip replacement at Costal Orthopedic and had fabulous results, so without hesitation I called Costal Orthopedic. They scheduled me an appointment for that morning with Dr. Pacana. After an Xray and then a Cat Scan, Dr. Pacana was ready to guide me to the decision that best fit my needs. He taught me about two treatment options that were available for me and helped me choose which was best for me. On May 25th Dr. Pacana and his amazing team performed surgery to repair my Tibia. It required a plate and four screws. Dr. Pacana prescribed Oxycodone for pain management but I had so little pain after surgery that I was able to manage my pain with Naproxen. The result of my surgery has been amazing. I have returned to my very active life style.
