Horrible Follow Up
This rating is not a reflection on Dr Page. I am very happy with the results after my knee surgery & would recommend him. This rating is referring to my 2nd follow up. The girl took me from the waiting room to the exam room and asked how my knee was. I told her I was doing great. She said 'Im going to grab a PA' . I sat in the room for 35 minutes. If they were running late you think someone would have popped in to let me know they didn't forget about me. Finally, I had enough and opened the door, walked down the hallway through the waiting room & out of the building. Did anyone realize I left? No one called to see why I left. I checked in when I got there.....do they not realize I was not seen by anyone and didn't check out? It's a shame that this happened as I really like Dr Page but feel disappointed because of this experience.

I love that this facility tries to get you in ASAP. Dr Page was so kind and patiently answered my questions. Very proactive and gave me options to consider short term and long term. He is my new hand Dr for sure.

Would give him a zero if I could
The doctor had already diagnosed my issue before he walked in based on bloodwork. he did not ask me a single question. He argued with me about my other doctors diagnosis. Very arrogant and dismissive on top of that the office is extremely disorganized. I wasn’t told that my previous doctor had left the practice. it took me going into the office to get a hold of someone. And my appointment with Dr. Paige was rescheduled twice due to the staff over booking his schedule or to him making last-minute changesI will never go back to this office and I do not recommend

I believe the medical care was excellent but everything else about my experience fell below expectations. The Communication of this office is nonexistent. If you have an issue do not expect any call back for your concerns. Not sure why this is, but the liability for not communicating with patients is a real detriment to an orthopedic practice. As a healthcare professional it shows a lack of concern for patient care.
