I got a breast augmentation. 520cc moderate. I am loving my results. Dr. Nykiel since the beginning has been very attentive and has answered all my questions. He made me feel comfortable to follow through with a procedure I was scared to do but always wanted to do it for myself and now we are here 6 weeks post op and cant say this enough but I love my results. Recovery has been smooth and I was scared and worried for nothing because it turned out to be a great recovery. The staff in all have been very awsome thank you guys so much!

Dr. Nykiel and his whole staff are truly amazing! From start to finish I felt so comfortable and well informed. Dr even called the same night to check on me as well as the staff. The nurses and office staff were so amazing! I had a beautiful bouquet of flowers the day after surgery waiting for me post op. I am on day 3 from receiving butt implants and feel little to no pain. Office I went to was at Newport Beach and its a beautiful office. Staff is attentive and Dr. Nykiel is very caring and he listens. I had many questions and he explained in detail. I've had 2 bbl's that he did. When I wanted my second bbl, I didn't hesitate to go back to see him. Love his staff, they were so caring. I highly recommend anyone to go see him. Dr. Nykiel is an amazing f plastic surgeon. He knows how to shape a woman’s body. He is extremely authentic and genuine when providing his consultation. My results with liposuction is a miracle. After a ton of research I for DR. Nykiel. I started following his page to see his patients results. After following his page for a few months I set up a web consultation. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I habe a lot of stretch-marks so I decided to have a in person consultation as well. Just to reassure myself. June 3rd my surgery will be a year old and my rest have lasted. I am happy with my choice in PS and would recommend him.

After having a few consults I decided to have a breast revision with Dr. Nykiel and I could not be happier. Thankfully, Dr. Nykiel was able to correct my original augmentation and I am so very pleased with my results!

After doing some research on BBL procedures and a few surgeons, I decided to do my BBL with Lipo 360 with Dr. Nykiel. This was the best decision I have ever made. I was worried because I know that a BBL is more extreme than breast augmentation which I have previously done. Once I met up with Dr. Nykiel I knew that I had nothing to worry about. His staff and him were very professional. It made me feel safe that prior to my surgery the anesthesiologist called me personally and checked up on me as well as reviewed everything that I should expect. Once I booked the surgery, I received my BBL pillow and a booklet that states everything that I will need to get for post-op care. In the booklet there was also detailed introductions about when to take each medication. I know for a fact that not all surgeons do this. Providing this booklet made me feel like I wasn’t completely clueless about my post-op care. I am now 3 months post-op and I absolutely love my results.
