Definitely would recommend Dr. Kowalke and office.
A great visit! I was a brand new patient for him and he was very thorough and listened to me and asked questions as needed. Staff was very courteous and answered all my questions. It was nice that most of my history was already in there system from my previous doctor which was in another state. I did not feel I was rushed at all. Setting an appointment was easy and I was taken on time. The whole experience was great!

Terrible!!!
If I could give him 0 stars I would. All he wants to do is refer you to a specialist. He has zero bedside manner and no empathy for a potential new patient. I would not recommend him for anything!

No interpersonal skills. wouldn't let me finish my sentence. rushed me through the entire visit. Showed little to no interest in me as a person. Prescribed a medicine I didn't want. Felt the visit was incomplete. I was there to follow up on my labs, asked me if I had seen them on the portal and no was the response, didn't even know they were posted? I was there for him to go over my labs with me, which he did not. I had to ask him about my A1C there was no discussion whatsoever and again showed no interest. Will never have another visit with him and would not recommend anyone to go see him.
