Unprofessional and Dismissive
Telehealth
Dr. Khaled Elkady Hussein consistently failed to take responsibility for delays in my prescriptions, resulting in unnecessary stress and disruption to my care. Despite my pharmacy contacting them multiple times over several months due to improperly submitted prescriptions, the issue was never resolved.Instead of offering support or investigating why this kept happening, Dr. Hussein deflected blame and quoted my private frustrations back to me in a condescending message—without any actual effort to help. It felt like they were more interested in defending themselves than in providing care or resolving the problem.If you’re looking for a provider who will actually follow through on your care and communicate professionally, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I have been seeing Dr. Elkady for about 4 years. He is very knowledgeable and really listens to you. He is exceptionally kind and courteous. He is my favorite of the many doctors I've seen in the last 40+ years. I've referred several friends to him and they are all very happy with him.
