Very professional & knowledgeable. Great bedside manners. Easy to discuss your issues and he knew what to do to help me recover back to training for the half Ironman. He was prompt on diagnostic images needed and procedure needed to help relieve my pain.

His knowledge, understanding and care were great. His treatment options were frank and realistic.

First time visiting MMI. Very efficient practice. Dr. Jepson was very busy, but still took his time to talk & explain things to me. Highly recommended!

I can in with a hip problem after hours care. Was seem by Dr. Matthew Jepson, MD. Told him I was in a bowling tournament and injured my left hip. They took me in for x-rays. Then I was seen by the doctor he examined me and was told strain gluteal. This doctor is well manner and listen to me. I am a bowler although I told him I was bowling again Tuesday night, in which I did. My team won and I am the lead off bowler. Now I will rest my hip and take the prescribed medicine for the rest of this week. I bowled a 660 set. Thank you Dr. Jepson for taking good care of me. Also provided too me how to stretch my gluteal muscles.

I don’t even give this guy one star. I was in severe pain. I have terrible arthritis in my knee and before they will do surgery I have to go through conservative measures. It’s been 3 months now that I’ve been suffering. I was desperate to see a doctor today and he was the only one available. I have never been treated so badly by a doctor in my life. And, I’ve seen my share. I actually asked him when he took his oath to be a doctor was it to be rude, disrespectful and without compassion? He could care less about how much pain I was in. He spoke over me. Talked a mile a minute. When he walked in I don’t think he even introduced himself. He just started attacking me with one question after another. All which he had the answers to if he bothered to look in my chart. I left there sat in my car and just cried. I seriously want to report him. I’m calling the office mgr tomorrow and then calling the AMA. Doctors like him need to be reprimanded.
