I had a one-inch nasal bone mass. Dr. Ishii just did a hastily 6 second!! nasal endoscopy (without any report nor image) and said there is no problem inside your nose. He ordered a CAT scan. In second visit he didn't even look at my CT and said he cannot see my CT (while the next doctor I visited had full access to whole my records and CT and download them easily, probably Dr. Ishii was just too lazy to try to pull it up) and then he gave me two options: He said do you need me to refer you to my

Undeniably one of the best in his field. He performed a life-saving skull-base surgery on my husband 6 years ago. He is now 6 years cancer free. He really cares for his patients and goes through everything with a fine tooth comb. And he's just nice. Speaks to you as a person, not a "case".

Dr. Ishii performed my transphenoidal surgery to remove a pituitary tumor on September 9th of this year. I had never had any surgery or serious medical issues so I was extremely nervous. Dr. Ishii put my mind at ease during our initial consultation. He answered every question with patience and detail and went out of his way to make sure I was also comfortable with the other doctors on my team. He has been just as caring and thorough at every follow-up. I would recommend him to anyone!

Great surgeon. Moody... Always in a rush... Cancels most appointments and changes schedule notifying just 24 hours ahead for out-of-state patients. No one covers his practice when he is absent.
