Constantly interrupting me
Dr. Gondal seemed nice at first, but she never truly listened to me during the appointment. I felt like I was being rushed out of there. She didn’t listen when I talked about my family history or current issues. Her after visit summary proved this when the information reported was incorrect. The test results took forever to get back. It was a waste of my time and money.

She was always late for my appointments two times it was 45 to 50 minutes the next time it was 1hour and 45 min that was my last visit with her

I am new to the area and was unsure of where to even begin when I went to the hospital with what I thought was possibly a kidney stone and found out I had a whole new sort of problems. I knew no one, no facility, or no doctor. I had to follow up care with Dr. Gondal in Myrtle Beach. Her staff and her herself were very thorough and professional. I was very uneasy (and scared) but quickly felt welcomed and at ease in the office with everything being explained to me.

Horrible! Came in with wrong patient chart on initial visit. Started making comments on problems that weren't relevant and that's how knew it was wrong chart. No follow-up on results when promised. Asked to have test results sent to regular physician two days in advance of appointment/regular physician's office also requested. Was told they didn't have time!
