Excellent care and very knowledgeable
I've been going to Dr. Harr my whole adult life. I have talked to her about every aspect of my physical and mental health and she is incredibly supportive. She's the woman with the answers and very knowledgeable about everything under the sun. She takes her time with you and makes sure you are on the same page and happy, and answers all questions in her realm. Recommends great doctors for specialized practices if you want more specialized treatment. Cannot recommend this woman or this office enough! as of May 14, 2024

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Harr for over 10 years. Dr Harr is great but unless I have a scheduled appointment she is never available to see me. There have been many occasions when I feel ill and my only option is to be seen by one of her PA’s. Another issue is trying to get through to her office. I keep getting sent to voicemail even though I call during business hours. Today is Friday, I just received a voicemail not more than 5 minutes ago. I’m sure it was regarding my lab results which I was anxious to talk about. When I called back it went to voicemail. I got through to the answering service only to be told I had to call back Monday since everyone’s gone for the day. It’s only 1pm. As much as I like Dr Harr I need to find a new PCP.

Great Dr.!
We’ve been treated by Dr. Harr for over a decade. We are very pleased with how thorough Dr. Harr is and we never feel rushed. Dr. Harr explains all procedures and testing that are necessary. Office staff is friendly and we love the new location, it’s very convenient.

I’ve been a patient of dr. Harr’s for many years. The care and attention that is given to each patient is wonderful. I’ve never felt rushed out of an appointment. Dr. Harr and her PA Devon are the best.

Tried to make an appointment with Dr. Harr and the person that answered the phone said I would have to email a copy of my insurance card to a yahoo address email. I think that is so lazy when she took longer to give me the email address when she could just have wrote down the information. As a patient I have to make a copy and either email or fax it and do her job. This is far from laziness of the staff. As long as I have been going to physician appointments this is a first. I just went to my OB GYN and the person that answered the phone took my insurance information and somehow found my information with Aetna and said yes we are in network and told me what my copay was. Your staff needs to take classes on how to be more proactive. I know I am one person but I will not be going back to this office.

Dr. Harr and Devon, her PA, are both AMAZING!!! I have been a patient of Dr. Harr for over 20 years. I wouldn't change. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Whenever I've needed a referral, they know just who to send me to. I would highly recommend them both for your medical care.

As I have mentioned before... After several years of determined searching for a Primary Care Physician I have finally found her! I am over the moon thrilled and relieved that I have found Dr. Harr and her wonderful staff! Dr. Harr was so generous with her time and she really listened to me. I feel so encouraged that I have found a doctor who I can trust to guide me and partner with me to being as healthy as possible. I am so grateful to Dr. Harr and her friendly and helpful Staff!

Been my doctor for a few years, but very disappointed in the service. Just made appointment today for my asthma. I work right across the street and walked over there short of breath and all. And to find out I was turned away because I didn't bring my credit card with me, they wanted me to walk across the street back to work get my credit card and come back. I explained I was feeling short of breath hence the appointment, and I could call the payment in as soon as I got to my office. According to

The staff sure needs to be more friendly . The woman that answers the phone Leslie is very rude and not polite. I believe with the other people that have leave their comments about the staff. Dr Jennifer is great but again its sad she has a secretary that does not have any customer service skills. Lesile sure needs to go to a customer service training ASAP

Dr. Harr is a great physician. Her office staff on the other hand - HORRIBLE!! The lady that answers the phones and makes the appointments needs to take a customer service class. She's messed up my appointment dates so many times and was insensitive to the fact that I took time off of work, showed up, and paid money for parking, but of course blames it on me. She's extremely unprofessional and rude. I stopped going to that office, which is unfortunate b/c Dr. Harr is really a fantastic dr.

Dr. Harr is a great doctor. She is thorough and has a wonderful, caring bedside manner. I trust her judgment and feel as though she genuinely cares about my health. She takes the extra time to ask questions and understand what any concerns are. Her office staff, on the other hand, have been rude on several occasions both on the phone and at the office, and have made more mistakes than I have experienced with past doctors.
