The doctor met with me for consultation and proceeded to provide feedback that was bias. Additionally she did not listen or alter her opinions based on data I provided from specialists. She treated me with a lack of basic respect when examining me for a reduction. It was humiliating. She is direct which is required but dismissive and presumed factors about my life with no supporting evidence.

Dr. Carter removed a cyst on my face that had been there for several months. I was nervous for the procedure but Dr. Carter and her staff were so kind and made me feel comfortable. The procedure was overall painless, efficient and quicker than I thought it would be - wish I had gotten it done sooner! I felt that they really cared about making sure I knew how to take care of the site properly at home so that I will have the best aesthetic outcome. Several months later and I cannot even tell where the procedure occurred. Would definitely recommend Dr. Carter and her lovely team!

I saw Dr Carter for an earlobe repair procedure because I was wearing very heavy earrings that stretched my earlobe. Dr Carter’s lovely team fit me in quickly and were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Dr Carter’s team is very professional and intelligent. I am now confident in my ears and I have the talented Dr Carter to thank for that. RUN don’t walk to Dr Carter’s office!

Foisted me with supplies that were promised to be coved by insurance and were not. Presented worst case scenarios of my wound that had me running for my surgeon.

Dr. Carter and her staff are remarkably talented and responsive. I needed MOHS surgery to remove a basal bell cancer on the bridge of my nose. My dermatologist suggested I make an appointment with Dr. Carter to see if she would perform plastic surgery immediately after the MOHS to ensure no scar would be left. Carter saw me the next day at 6pm, called the MOHS surgeon on the phone, and coordinated their approach. Two days later I drove to Carter’s office following MOHS surgery and she closed the wound with a skin”flap” using existing skin on my nose using 12 tiny stitches. After daily follow-up visits during that next week and then a three week visit, my nose healed perfectly. No one can tell I had any surgery on my nose. The quality and responsiveness of Carter and her staff are exceptional.

Dr Carter is my favorite doctor to visit! She did my boob reduction and helps with wrinkle prevention. I’ve seen three providers for my wrinkles and she is by far the best! I always come out looking natural but improved. I’ll never go to anybody else!

Dr. Carter removed a mole the size of a pumpkin seed from a prominent place on my cheek (right next to my nose). Six days later, my mom came to visit and did not even notice I had had surgery. (I was wearing no make up whatsoever). Neither did my kids notice anything on Facetime that same day! Seven days after surgery, I went to a party, put on light make up and it was as if I had never had a mole or surgery! My cheek was perfectly smooth and looking normal. Without make up, it is just slightly red, with no signs of stitches (they were actually 4) or anything! I do not know how Dr. Carter does this! This is pure magic! Also, Dr. Carter's practice is wonderful. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. I never felt in better hands. Not to mention Dr. Carter is a very caring person with a golden heart. We are so lucky to have her! Thank you Dr. Carter!

She listened to me when I was turned away by other docs. Thank God for that because it was cancer. Highly recommend.

Dr. Carter is, without question, the most talented cosmetic surgeon I have experienced in my life. She totally corrected a terrible facial noes scar and deformity with such perfection that it leaves me pleasantly stunned every time I look in the mirror. And she’s a delightful person as well!! I cannot recommend her highly enough. She changed my life.

We would not recommend Dr. Carter because we felt that her bedside manner was abrupt and unfriendly. I brought my 98-year-old mother to have a basil cell mole removed from her back. Dr. Carter didn’t do anything to relax my mom or to explain what to expect during the procedure. She wasn’t very sympathetic to the pain my mom endured from the needle. Only after my mom screeched from pain did she offer more numbing. She never asked how my mom was doing and even afterwards she didn’t seem to care much about her patient. Her staff was friendly but anxious to move us out to prepare for the next procedure. A 98 year old patient deserves better treatment then she received.

I needed breast reconstruction after a failed implant and infection post-radiation. Dr. Carter and her team were absolutely top notch. I was always greeted warmly for my appointments and it was clear from Day 1 that Dr. Carter takes her work very seriously and truly cares about best outcomes and her patients’ overall well-being. Best decision ever made!!

I met Dr Carter through my sister who had nasal reconstruction surgery. Not only did she do a fabulous job on my sister. I was able to get some rejuvenation on my face as well. She and her staff are amazingly talented and caring. I highly recommend Dr Carter she is the best. We are truly blessed to have found her.

I went to see Dr. Carter for a facial scar revision, a procedure I considered for a few years. After researching many plastic surgeons, I made an appt to see Dr. Carter, turned out to be a great decision. She took time and care in explaining the procedure and the healing process and the results are great. (she also helped me with botox and fillers, no longer looking tired) Her staff is wonderful, both the front desk and Dr. Carter's assistants are polite, caring and very helpful

Dr. Carter injected fillers and Botox into my brow, nasolabial folds, and lips. The procedure was relatively quick and painless. The results are natural and truly amazing. I couldn’t be more pleased. She orders needed medical supplies through my insurance for me so I do not have to pay out of pocket costs. Her staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous.
