Dr. Clarisa Hammer, DO

Dr. Hammer is an excellent plastic surgeon. She was part of my medical team from the onset of my diagnosis of breast cancer. She started the reconstruction process at the same time as my bilateral mastectomy surgery. I had my final exchange surgery about 3 months after the initial surgery and I am very happy with the outcome. It takes great skill to create tatas where there are none and she did an excellent job. She is pragmatic, organized, and honest in conversations and with patient expectations. It was difficult to get the diagnosis of breast cancer, but I am now cancer free and feel like myself again after reconstruction. I am very grateful to Dr. Hammer and highly recommend her for breast reconstruction surgery.

She was very aggressive towards me and my spouse. She even yelled and told me what I can and can not do. She is a liar and is not worth the trip let alone the money wasting. I really despise her on so many levels.

This year I went through my first major surgery. That was scary enough, but having to put blind trust into so many medical professionals added so much more stress. I liked Dr. Hammer from the moment I met her and felt at ease right away. She is personable, professional, and (most importantly) kind. I hope no one has to go through anything close to what I did, but you'll feel so much better having Dr. Hammer in your court if you do.

Dr. Hammer is awesome in every steps. She performed 2 surgery on me with no issue or difficulty. I strongly recommend her.

My surgery results were horrible

I had numerous complications as a result of a rare condition and cancer. Dr. Hammer was empathetic, resourceful, protective, and very trustworthy. I would recommend her wholeheartedly. She’s not just a wonderful surgeon but a beautiful human being.

She performed a wound closure on my brother. Went exactly as she said. Great bedside manner and attitude!
