We took my grandpa to the ER recently and this was his attending physician. She was rude and arrogant from the moment she stepped in the room, never introduced herself or anything. She brushed off the symptoms that we brought him in for and began treating him for something completely different that we were not concerned about. We were then told that he was good to discharge from the ER, but then she changed her mind without telling us and tried to admit him to the hospital for something that she had previously said he didn’t need to be admitted for. She forced him to leave AMA even though his bloodwork came back fine (which was her stipulation). She told us he didn’t have a UTI even though the my chart results came back positive. And she refused to do a stroke work up and said his left sided numbness, altered mental status, and garbled speech was “covid” related since he tested positive on a rapid covid test. I’m an RN on a neurology unit. Those are not covid symptoms.

Had this doctor for my dad at the ER, she came in with an annoyed body language and voice tone, seemed very careless, she walked in and said some stuff about what could be causing my dads pain and wanted to get out quickly. When I asked her to explain everything clearly so we can understand better, she got so annoyed and started talking with an attitude for no reason, then she came back in the room and explained everything slowly and clearly. After all, I think this type of doctors with a horrible attitude and lack of explaining skills shouldn’t be allowed to see patients because patient’s health and concern is very important and it should be taken care of seriously.

Currently in ER with her as the attending physician. Extremely rude, condescending, nonchalant and dismissive about my concerns. I will NEVER see her again and do not recommend!!

This physician is rude and lacks compassion for patients and their family. I had a concern about test results and was nice about it. When asked for the specific diagnosis or other options for treatment she spawned a nasty attitude and was accusatory toward the patient. Others in the room agreed that she had no reason to treat me with such disrespect. I sat in my car and cried after the experience with her. No patient or family member should have to accept bully behavior because they have questions and concerns and want complete information.
