"Whit” is the best. Always willing to listen to your thoughts about your health concerns and willing to investigate or try your ideas (rare!). The staff is always friendly and in a good mood. They clean the chairs in the lobby as soon as you stand up, everyone is masked, and showing that they are washing hands/sanitizing. I will never go elsewhere else. I absolutely disagree with the 1 star review about "Rosetta" deleting things or taking too long to do refills. First of all, she is the assistant and it is not her job to refill things, so blaming her is pointless. Second- there is a 72 hour refill rule that they make clear off the bat. You just have to be responsible for yourself and request the refills with time to spare. Third- my office has the same system as this office and there is no way to delete things. It is literally impossible. Fourth- If that pt was as nasty in the messages to them as he/she was in that review, I can understand why they had their account disabled!

Dr. Mark Whitaker and Rosetta will delete your Chart and delete your files if they don't hear exactly what they want to hear from you. They deleted my MyChart account 4 times to cover up all of their wrong doings. If you question their ridiculous methods, they will erase your files. Dr. Mark Whittaker and I teamed up about 10 years ago and everything was fine I'd say up to year seven until Rosetta became heartless, relentless, and diabolical. She erases accounts. This is my 3rd My Chart account. She just hits the reset button if she gets a bad comment on My Chart, and she will probably blame this one on Ana Marie which I know now is not the case. Rosetta is old and doesn't like to be bothered much, Dr. Mark Whitaker's "Assistant" probably not for long, I'd imagine... I can assure you people, she had none of our best interest at heart. Only here own. It takes Rosetta 8 weeks to fill one simple 30 day medication. All the while the patient suffers while she does not do her job.

Dr. Mark Whitaker and Rosetta don't care about the – Sep 30, 2020
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Whitaker?
Dr. Mark 'Whitaker followed up with me three times to make sure my medical issues were being taken care of. I was involved in a bicycle accident and he followed up by calling me even when I was overwhelmed and had a mild concussion and was unable to follow up with him. He asked great questions and made sure not only that I was being well cared for with respect to the accident, but he also asked about my existing conditions and upgraded my prescription for high blood pressure, which I had not called him for. He was concerned about my immediate medical problems and with my overall health. Dr. Whitaker's concern was beyond what I expected and I am grateful he is my doctor.

If you want a doctor that is old school, and in that I mean, one that truly cares about his patients, unlike many of the other doctors that I have experienced, that have become government run and treat you like a number. He is very humble, kind, easy to talk to, takes his time and really listens. He knows his stuff and is just exactly like how doctors should be. My family, relatives, friends, all go to him and love him. If you want the best, this is your doctor.
