Poor Diagnosis
He looked at my face for like 10 seconds and decided my acne was hormonal. He gave me hormonal pills that only ruined my menstruation cycle. I was on my period for like half the month. The pill didn't work on my acne and all he did was increase my dose. I told him what he thinks about accutane cause nothing else is working on my skin. He said my acne was hormonal and accutane wasn't gonna work. Months under his treatment and no improvement. I went to another doctor, he carefully examined my face and said only a small part of my acne was hormonal and accutane actually works for hormonal acne too. I started accutane and after a few months, my skin is almost clear. This is the best my skin has been since adolescence. With his very quick examination every time I visited, Dr. Romanelli showed he didn't care about his patients.

Outrageous billing practices. His examination was not thorough. I felt like he wanted me out of the office after 5 minutes after meeting with him. After his consultation, I treated with a different dermatologist who cared and treated my condition. I would never recommend Dr. Romanelli to any of my friends or family members.

I’ve seen Dr. Romanelli several times over the past 5 years and find him highly competent with a gentle, thoughtful disposition that I really appreciate. He is excellent at explaining treatment options and their pros and cons. I find his assistant, Brittany, helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Romanelli was great. I saw him for management of acne and he asked about all of the things I've previously tried and went through numerous additional options to try. He mentioned communication through MyChart if my initial treatment isn't working, which is very convenient as a patient.

Very attentive, knowledgeable, and patient doctor! Dr. Romanelli was on time, took his time with me, listened to all of my complaints, answered all of my questions, asked me questions to learn more about my condition. He provided me with great immediate treatment, and was honest and realistic about future prognosis. He was patient and understanding of my pain and discomfort. I didn't feel rushed, and he gave me his undivided attention. The absolutely best experience I've ever had with a physicia
