Messed up my bo tox and didn't even have the courtesy to call me back herself when I called to ask about options to fix it. Now I'm going to look permanently angry for 3 months cause I can't lift my eyebrows at all. Will not be going back.

I came in on Friday because I mistakenly thought I had an appointment. It was not a big deal because I already had an OB appointment in the same building because I had a baby a couple of weeks ago. It was not a big deal so I asked your receptionist to please make an appointment for me while I was there. Your receptionist asked me what was the reason for my appointment and I said I was scheduling a follow up because quite frankly I didn’t want to say out loud what my medical condition is. She than said out loud in front of another patient sitting in the waiting room is “are you here for and she said out loud my medical condition I just can’t believe that you have a front desk staff that doesn’t understand patient violation and HIPAA laws. What kind of an idiot in a medical setting says out loud a patient’s condition? I feel so violated as a patient and I’m beyond furious. I am reporting this is a HIPAA violation. Another complaint I have is right before I spoke to the receptionist that

I recently had Dr. Jordan Carqueville remove a cancerous lesion from my earlobe. The cancer removal was complete and her incision was skillfully done without any apparent area of missing tissue. I was expecting a disfigurement and instead have a normal looking earlobe. She was polite, respectful and personally called me for follow up.

This is an addendum to my original review . Like Dr. Carqueville The staff' ,nurse , front desk are all Aces . I will surely suggest the Doctor to all
