Peace of Mind
Dr Mark was very thorough. I had previously gone to urgent care 3 times, covid, flu pneumonia. Not really sure about pneumonia because it was urgent care. Because of my urgent care diagnosis, I was still having some difficulty breathing and went to an ER close by where I got a CT scan to rule out a blood clot in my lungs. The ER instructed me to find a pulmonologist. My daughter found Dr Robertshaw and so glad she did! The office was able to get me in very quickly and they were in network w my BCBS FED insurance. Dr Mark went over everything w me and answered all my questions. He also went over my CT scan WITH me as well as my breathing test results. After being sick for so long, I was reassured there was no lung damage or anything else that would inhibit my breathing. Dr Mark has a wonderful “bedside” manner and explained everything in an understandable way. I was reassured that my symptoms would subside and be back to my old self soon. Thank you, Dr Mark!

Care, Knowledgeable and Save my life
I was sick with all the flu symptoms, fever, cough, weight loss, and I cannot sleep because the cough. The pulmonary doctor who treated me is a lousy, careless person, no better than a nurse practitioner. He ordered a bunch of tests, except very essential swab test, then forget the whole things. I called many times for help without any result. Finally, Dr. Robertshaw came to my rescue. He reviewed all my test results, include chest X-ray, breath tests, and blood tests, prescribed medicine to stop my cough, so I can have some rest. He asked me to go to a nearby drug store to do a swab test to decide whether I have flu or Covid-19. It turned out that I am Covid-19 positive. With that conclusion the whole situation changed. The lousy pulmonary doctor has no excuse to ignore me anymore. He has to follow the defined medical protocol to treat me, and my suffering begins to end. I would continue to suffer or even die if Dr. Robertshaw didn’t come to me rescue.
