I don't write many reviews but if I feel like if they go beyond outstanding service it's the least I can do Been going to Mccomie dentistry many years they have earned my respect from the front desk/hygienist/and Dr Mark I feel he's the best in Chattanooga They all treat you great and have the latest technology Keep up the great work!!

I asked about my insurance if in network before scheduling. I was told they took my dental insurance. When I got there it was Not In network AND the dentist refused to provide me with 2-3 dentist names (I knew he wouldn’t know if I’m network I wasn’t asking that just for good dentists) and he refused. FURTHER, the receptionist/scheduler screwed up my appt and double booked him and wanted me to change even though I was first scheduled. Everyone was polite but poor info and schedule problems plus refusing to give me other names “cause we do all general dentistry ourselves” even tho I wasn’t asking for network names just good dentists was just rude and came across as profit lingering because they get more $ for Out of Network. How else can they afford TV commercials? Run don’t walk

Dr.McOmie is fine as a dentist, however his front fest personnel leave a lot to be desired , unprofessional and abrupt. We just rectangle bill for out routine cleaning which is paid at 100%. When I called to inquire the front desk lady was rude and said we had to pay because as of June 16 our insurance was no longer primary. I gag an appointment the following week. No one mentioned this to me or I wouldn’t have had my routine exam. McOmie office should have informed me of this change. Now I’m stuck with this bill. Something is not right here
