No communication, just sends you to collections.
At first, I thought I had found my new dentist. Very friendly, at first. I really didn't care that their office didn't have the most modern tools, chairs, and other equipment. It just felt like the small town dentist that I was accustomed to. Then a week before my scheduled visit, I receive a phone call from collections. In the beginning, I was told that I would have to pay out of pocket, paid, and then months later I get a call about a bill that I supposedly owe. No thank you. They just lost a customer. So if you want a small, over priced, under performing, back n stabbing dentist, he's your guy. Oh, they never even called to tell me I owed anything, but their collection agency had my number.... hmm

Stay away from this dentist!!! He put a crown on my tooth and I had to have to redone 6 months later!!! He does not know what he is doing!!

I have gone to Dr. Sundstrom for about 12 years, he has treated everyone in my family. He is the best dentist I’ve seen in Chattanooga—does the best work, is affordable, is quick and pain free! His office staff is great and I never wait long for an appointment.
