Extremely inappropriate suggestion for therapy for someone who is supposedly an expert in substance abuse issues.

Treats issues logically and with methods that other doctors just don't think to try. If you're trying to stay on narcotic medication for life he's not the doc for you. But if you're interested in long term results I think he's a very effective doctor who is looking for his patients best interests.

Brilliant, delightful, caring, genuine and best of all he actually treats the issue instead of masking it with unnecessary psychotic medications. I have PTSD and Dr. MacNealy gave me my life back!

I was seeing Dr. Rahman over 11 years when Dr MacNeally took over. He took me off my medication and it's affected my mental and physical health severely. I will be finding another Dr for my needs. He's not a caring Dr about individual needs.

I started seeing Dr. MacNealy when Dr. Rahman semi-retired. He still works part-time at a “pill mill” in Dayton. I saw him for over 25 yrs at his Xenia then Vandalia office that closed. If you’re only seeing Dr. MacNealy for scripts he’s not for you. He’s there to help legitimate patients in need of help and guidance. Dr. Macnealy is a breath of fresh air compared to Dr. Rahman, he’s very personable, intelligent, and goes out of his way to help you with any issues you have. He takes however much time needed to truly listen to you. I trust him which is very important to me in a physician. My only negative is that he’s in Xenia only which is an hour drive for me.

I see Dr Mark MacNealy in Xenia at his new location 492 West Second Street, Ste. 208, Xenia, Ohio 45385 - (this is the same location of what USED to be Dr Rahmans OLD office.) Dr. MacNealy is amazingly kind therapeutic and listens to me as a patient. He treats me fairly and is delightful to see once a month; as he doesn’t even rush me through my appointment. He VALUES my voice & appreciates what I say to him. Anymore trying to find a doctor that is this magnificent is hard to do! He is an attorney, a neurologist; and psychiatrist. Who could go wrong with this doctor on your team? He is a brilliant person & I look forward to meeting with him monthly. Does not make you wait for long periods of time. Thank you Dr MacNealy for showing me who YOU truly are; I am grateful to be your patient. You are a diamond in the ruff.

Dr. MacNealy is honestly the only person, other then my dad, who makes me feel loved and appreciated. He genuinely cares about everybody, and will listen to anything you ever have to say. I love this man a lot, he really deserves more than what he has. I just turned 16 years old, and I've been seeing him for 6 months now, for have ADHD and PTSD. He has been doing a very good job, and I cant say thank you enough. I used to make F's in school, would get in trouble with the law, and would do a lot of things nobody knows about, but could've really messed me up. New i'm making A's and B's, and i'm studying laws everyday to become a police officer. Sure I still mess up a lot, but since seeing him, my eyes are finally opening up and I feel somewhat more alive. Dr. MacNealy, if your reading this, thank you.
