I met with him twice because of neck pain. The first time he set up an xray, and asked me if i would do physical therapy. I did, but it didnt help, and thinking back to it now, he should have waited to figure out the issue before putting me in physical therapy. The second time i met with him he scheduled 2 MRIs in the same location. Why? I went to the first and cancelled the second after leaving a couple of messages with no response. Ill be taking the photos from the MRI to a new Dr.

I missed two appointments but i called on each one and showed for one saying i was gonna be late and the second i was running late but just asked to reschedule and the medical assistant never got back ahold of me after ive called and left messages multiple times and ive been needing my prescription for 2 weeks and i then got a letter in the mail saying i need to call and make an appointment ir i wont be seen. I then call to make an appointment and left a message. Then again i never got a call back so i call again the next day explaining everything and im told Dr.Kidwell discharged me and will no longer see me! After weeks of not having my medicine and trying to getbahold of anyone just to even set an appointment

Went twice (once to establish care and once for annual physical). During physical, he only checked my lungs and nothing else. He reviewed my labs and told me that he would give me information regarding modifications to my diet that I should make, but he didn't. He told me that he had put a prescription in for me the from the first visit, but I was not told this and the office never asked me for which pharmacy I would like prescriptions sent to. He referred me for endoscopy and yet did not bring this up during our visit. All of these things I had to bring up myself. He does not seem interested in my care and I will be seeking a different primary care physician.
