After exhausting PCP, Ortho and PTs best efforts and our insurance out of pocket I decided to visit Dr Johnson. He didn't promise a quick painless fix, in fact quite the opposite. However he did promise he would do everything within his ability to set my body up to heal long standing connective tissue damage. After 5 treatments I am back to carrying out my life. You will not find a doctor more passionate about his practice. Office staff is awesome as well, genuine caring people.

I found Dr. J out of desperation after a back surgery gone wrong. He identified the areas of connective tissue damage, treated them, and after 2 treatments, I was better than ever. Since then, I have had a knee, wrist, and toes treated. Usually about 2 treatments and I find full relief. This after an ortho told me I needed surgery for a bunion. My wife, mother-in-law, and father-in-law have all gone to Dr. Johnson after my results. He knows his stuff, and will work to get you well.

I highly recommend Dr. Johnson and prolotherapy. Prolotherapy is not a one time fix but a commitment to the treatments. You will gradually have less pain during the course of the treatments. After dealing with pain in both knees and being told I had osteoarthritis, an orthopedic surgeon said I needed knee replacement surgery. A friend who is a former patient recommended I try Dr. Johnson and prolotherapy. After 7 treatments I am almost pain free. I am so glad I chose prolotherapy and Dr. Johnson

Wrist pain limiting function tremendously, caused by previous old injuries. Told by 2 doctors wrist fusion was only choice to lesson pain, but would limit mobility. Looking for alternative that wouldn't limit mobility, found prolotherapy. Told by Dr. Johnson it would probably take 4-6 treatments to achieve total healing. After 3 treatments, can do many activities pain free that were previously extremely painful or impossible!

I was diagnosed with a multi layer tear in my left rotator cuff. Surgery was scheduled but I was referred to Dr Johnson before I went in for surgical procedure. Being an avid golfer I was willing to try anything in order to avoid losing a whole golf season. Being unfamiliar with Prolotherapy I was a skeptic in the beginning. It took six treatments but I was completely healed. I have referred members of my family and numerous friends to Dr Johnson. I would highly recommend Prolotherapy Nashville.

I have had excellent results with prolotherapy from Dr. Johnson. i have had 3 or 4 treatments and i am almost totally pain free! This is after my podiatrist has had me avoiding stairs and curtailing my hiking activities.

I was very disappointed with this experience and cost. Diagnosis seemed to be a story about how important diagnosis was, there were then injections within tender spots, and no, yes no benefit at all. Was told that I would have to come back to figure out why. Of course, after the initial expense, I chose not to waste my time with a return. I can not recommend this treatment as it was ineffective.

$500. No insurance. (the Provider recommends monthly visits for a minimum 3-6 months) THE WORST PAIN I’ve ever experienced in a Doctor’s office. This includes a root canal and setting a dislocated shoulder. After waiting an hour Dr. Mark Johnson explains how he is the only one who can help me. But first he PRAYS. Out loud. And then 10 minutes of groaning, sweating, needle agony. No anesthetic. One month later absolutely no improvement. Never going back.
