Grossly incompetent and arrogant. Nothing more than a corporate shill. A sellout to Spectrum Health. If I was dying in his parking lot I would not go back to see this doctor again. He is an embarrassment to the medical community and has betrayed the oath he took when becoming a medical provider. I consider him dangerous. He will stand by and turn a blind eye while his patients suffer- and possibly worse, all in the name of guaranteeing bigger profits for the corporation. STAY AWAY!!

I've worked in the medical field for 30 years as a nurse in critical care. So I know a good doctor from a not so good doctor. Dr. Evenhouse is the best! I just pray he doesn't retire, because he is my first choice every time! He is knowledgeable, professional, experienced and personable. I now have to drive an hour and a half to see him, and I'll gladly make that trip to get such expert care. Thanks, Dr. Evenhouse!

He is empathic and is willing to take the time to listen to your concerns. He takes the time to explain all tests and lab results in terms that a layman can understand. He makes very good recommendations for improving/maintaining your general health that are attainable if you are willing to make the effort.
