Excellent doctor and staff!
I had to call many times to get someone to answer to schedule my appointment. It made me apprehensive about going. However, the office was clean and the front desk helped me right away. It took about 30 minutes to fill out all of their forms. After that I waited about fifteen minutes to be called back. The staff from the x-ray tech to the nurse were absolutely delightful! I felt very welcomed. Dr. Bridges has a fantastic bedside manner and really listened to me. He took his time examining my MRI. I felt confident in what he explained to me. He ended up draining my knee and he was very gentle and explained everything he was doing and asked if I was doing ok throughout the procedure. The whole experience was as pleasant as it could be. Needless to say, I liked him so much that I am going back for my shoulder issues next week. I highly recommend Dr. Bridges and his practice!

Nice guy, bad doctor
Dr Bridges is very personable, which is nice if you're looking for someone to hang out with. Unfortunately, his lack of thorough medical care can and has created caused serious problems. I sustained severe trauma to my left arm due to a bad fall that required the services of EMTs. I went to Dr Bridges for treatment. I brought my own xray, but that's all I had. The doctor drained a big pocket of blood, but didn't do a physical exam or order additional tests. The accident took place on March 15th. I saw him 3 times for pain and additional follow-up. All he said is that "it looks better." Fast forward to the present. I still have a large bruise, but my arm is causing so much pain that I can't even sleep at night. My pain management doctor did an ultrasound, which indicated a rotator cuff tear. There is also an artery that is swollen and very painful. So now I also need an MRI. Why didn't Dr Bridges do a thorough examination of my arm and order appropriate tests back in March?

Difficult to get appointments. Staff is extremely unhelpful and difficult to get a hold of. They claim they are short staffed so you end up doing a lot of the leg work to get preauthorizations and chasing down dr's notes which sometimes don't come at all. I have already taken both of my children and although they have pain, the dr. always claims there is nothing to be done, but recommends going to non-specific therapy. We will not be going back. I don't trust his capability or judgement.

Dr Bridges is a nice guy. His administration on the other hand is difficult. Bridget treated me disrespectfully after a simple request. Customer Service is troubling. Unfortunately, I’ll end a good patient to doctor relationship because of an assistant that does not value my time. Truly sad but my overall experience is important.

Disappointed – Jul 01, 2021

As a professional Dr Bridges is top notch, however, his respect for other peoples time is non existent and that lack of respect is the reason I left him and would never recommend. There is no reason to make a patient sit in an exam room for over an hour after the initial visit from the nurse/technician, without the courtesy of explaining the delay or much less an apology from the doctor. Doctors visits for a follow up should not take 2 ½ hours!

Went with prior day app made. My husband had a sport injury and he was on a really bad pain and almost not able to walk . Dr. took xrays and immediately said he was not able to see what was the exact cause of the problem and MRI was needed. Went to imaging service paid out of pocket 199 and brought disc with images to him (only took us the time of MRI may be 2hrs and we went back with what he told us it was necessary in order to diagnose n our biggest surprise was that he totally refused to see us . In fact not even came outside. After requesting to speak the office manager, she went back to him with my disc in an effort to have him reconsider mistreatment and came back to say he was not going to see us that I will have to come back next week Tuesday .... at 11am 4 days waiting on pain taking ibuprofen 800 knowing my husband suffers from hypertension just to charge co pay and bill my insurance again. I will formally file a complaint with the Estate. Rip off visit. Read Less

I highly recommend Dr Bridges. His work ethics and bedside manner is impeccable. Dr Bridges cares about his patients and follows up when ever you leave a message. All of his office locations and surgical centers are very clean. His staff are professional and warm. I had knee surgery and Dr Bridges really managed my pain and made sure that I understood the procedure. The process was made easy for me as far as getting admitted for my proceedure. I totally recommend He and his team.
