My experience with Mark Bianchi was nothing short of appalling (i will not even refer to him as ‘Dr.’ because that would imply a level of professionalism and care that he simply does not have.!!!) A few months ago, I went to him for my Eustachian Tube Dysfunction, and he provided ZERO meaningful assistance. He was condescending, dismissive, and patronizing. He outright invalidated my concerns, failed to educate me on ETD & did absolutely nothing to treat my condition. During my 2nd visit, he said, word for word, “There’s nothing I can do for you.” His lack of effort and empathy is unacceptable, and I am genuinely astonished that he is still practicing. If you value competent and compassionate care, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere!!!!

Not a good doctor
I was patient for five or so years, but I had to look for someone else because every time I saw him he would get meaner and meaner. I can take a doctor with a bad bedside manner if he’s a good doctor, but Dr. Bianchi has an arrogance problem that makes him demean his patients when he can’t come up with answers. At the last appointment, I was in tears, and that prompted me to find a new doctor who was finally able to recognize my issues as autoimmune.

After this doctor performed endoscopic sinus surgery to remove polyps and reduce swollen turbinates, I can no long breathe properly through my left sinus. I followed up with him after surgery and he had no explanation as to why my left sinus is worse off than before surgery. Do not trust this doctor for anything.
