Dr. Marguerite Lengkeek, MD

My husband saw her for his allergies and said she was very attentive and happened to mention that I was having issues with hyperinflated lungs, coughing and shortness of breath. She said that I should have the Alpha-1 test. I made an appointment with her for allergy testing, the Alpha-1 test. After the allergy testing and Alpha-1 test, she spent a lot of time with me discussing the causes of my shortness of breath and chest tightness and had me go for lab work. She called me to give me the lab results as well as my Alpha-1 test. In my 49 years, I don't think I have seen a better doctor. I highly recommend her. She is wonderful with her patients!

Dr. Lengkeek is the best and most thorough doctor with whom I have ever been associated. She, as an allergist, was able to determine that my breathing problems are the result of a genetic defect and not environmental nor as a result of something I did or didn't do. None of my primary care doctors or pulmonologists ever considered or mentioned such a possibility. I wish she was my primary care doctor. She deserves 10 stars.

Dr. Lengkeek is one of maybe 2 doctors out of 12 or 15 we visited to try to get a diagnosis for my wife's chronic health problems. She was the only one who tested my wife's immune system and diagnosed an immunoglobulin deficiency. She was so thoughtful and even called my wife FROM home because she had been looking for answers after hours. Who does this these days? Dr. Lengkeek did.

I became a patient of Dr. Lengkeek by chance. I was having one of my recurring sinus infections and my regular Allergy physician was unavailable. Dr. Lengkeek had an open time slot and was available to see me. At my initial appointment she reviewed my allergy history with me. She took the time to ask medical related questions tied to my problems no previous physician had asked. Over several visits she was able to diagnose and improve what was causing my recurring sinus infections and as a result make my life 100% better. If you have allergy issues you want Dr. Lengkeek to be your treating physician because she doesn't stop looking until she solves your problem. I would recommend her to anyone.

She has always demonstrated the upmost professionalism and courtesy since meeting her. Her kindness and compassion towards her patients is beyond reproach. Further, her knowledge of my particular Autoimmune Condition ( Common Variable Immune Deficiency ) has allowed me to gain trust and confidence in her. Additionally she is very attentive when you need a bit of extra time with her, she is nurturing, very friendly and compassionate. Dr. Lengkeek exhibits passion about her job and helping her patients. I love Dr. Lengkeek for everything that she has done for me in my medical treatment. Dr. Lengkeek has been God send. I recommend Dr. Lengkeek if you are in search of a top-notch Allergist and Immunologist.
