I have been a long time patient of Dr. Dorfman. She is all that you could ever want your psychiatrist to be. She is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate.

She listens impeccably well, she remembers important facts that you wouldn't think she even had the time to. I truly respect her as a physician, And she has unlocked the delicate balance of kindness and professionality. Lastly and more importantly she has given me the tools to feel the most balanced I have ever felt.

For my very first visit with a psychiatrist, it was very professional, yet relaxed environment. Ample time was spent with me; I never felt rushed. I left with a positive impression--my input was valued with regard to my desired mode of treatment. I was given explanations and rationales for my diagnosis. Any questions I had were answered.
