Awful. I met her during Covid when my OCD was flaring up. She told me that I actually shouldn't be stressed about people not wearing masks because "the body feds off disease better if it is well oxygenated and masks decrease the ability to get oxygen into your blood" which scientifically is not true. Rather than being empathetic she tried to use "logic" (that went against CDC guidelines) against my OCD. I am a therapist and well aware that my OCD thoughts are sometimes illogical but judgment and trying to convince me otherwise is exactly what you aren't supposed to do. My visit summary stated much misinformation which included denying my trauma history, incorrectly describing the onset of my symptoms, which symptoms I had, and more. I counted 32 errors in the report. It is hard to find a good psychiatrist but she is by far the worst I have ever met with. I did not return.

Christi is a professional who listens to your concerns, with a sincere desire to help with your issues and find resolutions. Highly recommend.

Dr. Oates is knowledgeable and compassionate. She is trustworthy and I find it very easy to talk to her (and believe me, I don’t trust anyone, lol). I would not hesitate to recommend her.

My son had a serious suicide attempt earlier this year. He was afraid of driving and I had to find a provider close to our home to make it easier for him to follow up. We showed up for his first appointment with Christi and she was not there. He was out of medicine and the office refused to ask another doctor to prescribe enough until he could be rescheduled. I pleaded with them but the refused and told me "take him to the ER." He was not taking any narcotics - only an antidepressant.

Provider did not listen to me about my medical condition or wants. I tried to follow her medication adjustments anyway but had bad side effects. My GP doctor told me they should not have been increased due to my changed health condition. I then found out my insurance was billed over $400 for each short med management visit, that is absolutely outrageous! Save your money and go to a real doctor!

Empathetic and professional. 10 times better than practitioner she works for. Values your time and does not keep you waiting.
