Fantastic doctor
Dr. Ribeiro is an outstanding doctor. She is very knowledgeable, thinks outside of the box, is willing to try alternative treatments, and treats me like an intelligent adult. She cares deeply about her patients. When her answering service messed up, she put her personal pager on her voice mail. When I missed an appointment, she called me from home that night, and squeezed me in the following day. Dr. Ribeiro is a very direct and honest person. She kicked my butt a few times, but in retrospect, I needed it. If you are a person who needs more coddling, go somewhere else. If you are looking for a compassionate doctor who knows her stuff, go see her.

Dr. Ribeiro is one of the few neurologists who understands and treats trigeminal neuralgia. She has always called me back if I had questions or a problem and takes as much time as I need to get a good working treatment plan for my migraines.

Disappointing. Do not recommend. I was charged for services not received and told to pay by next appt. After attempts to resolve bill, staff informed a day before next appointment I was still responsible for that payment and a second charge would make total 600.00. Due that day. The service is covered by my Medicare plan as office copay of 50.00. If charges inconsistent with contract, alert your insurance co, Medicare or HHS OIG.

Extremely rude and disrespectful. Does not allow me to ask questions without getting frustrated. This is the second time I've had an issue speaking with her over the phone where she talks over me and says "goodbye now" when she is frustrated. Blames her frustration on ME, the patient, oh and also on her "13 hour" work days. She goes "Oh my God, I explained this 3 times". She speaks fast and also has an accent, which makes it difficult for me to understand her sometimes. Wouldn't waste my time.

I was having 16 migraines a month when I went to see Dr. Riberio now I am down to a handful a year. She is very professional, pleasant and caring. She works with you and helps find a solution to the problem. I give her 100% satisfaction rate in all areas.

I've been battling severe migraines for over 14 years. Dr. Ribeiro listened intently to my history and symptomology; she developed a course of progressive actions that no other doctors had ever presented. She is as proactive as she is empathetic. I highly recommend her -- especially if you've been searching in vain for answers.

Dr Ribeiro is compassionate and caring, well informed and always willing to find a solution to my problems. I have considered terminating my care because her office staff is very unprofessional and uncaring. Francy has told me she put my documents in a pile and forgot about them she doesn't return messages or give them to the doctor. She has refused to follow up helping me resolve an insurance issue that the doctor told me she would take care of but I insisted she do it.she doesn't care.

I felt quite uncomfortable with this doctor and did not trust her judgement on what she recommended for my health issue. I was able to find another doctor shortly after and I am happy with my choice.

This is the worst possible neurologist I have ever had the sorry pleasure to have contact with. Terminated my Care via another doctor while in the hospital so if you want my critical opinion the office staff are incompetent the doctor herself brings her dogs into the office at which time they P in the office and is she is more concerned with the animals than the patients. So enter at your own risk

My experience with dr. R herself was fine. However, i will never ever be back due to her rude, insensitive and dishonest staff, particular an individual names - Francis. I had to reschedule my appt due to sick child, yes it was an emergency and i was told i was going to be charged for no show. Guess how much that is - $150 cash. I wonder if Dr. Ribeiro had to pick up her child, would i be legible to receive the $150?! Rude, greedy, insensitive - everything a doctor's office shouldn't be!
