Excellent experience
This doctor performed my two last colonoscopies. He was courteous, transparent and quick giving the results. I felt comfortable with him

Today I experienced the rudeness of Dr. Ledehandler. This morning I'd a 9 AM appt with my grandmother &wasn't able to reach his office until 9:12 Am due to parking chaos. I spent over 15 mins circling around before I finally found a handicap parking. I received 2 phone calls by a gentleman to confirm the appt & not once did he warn me of the lack of parking spaces. I believe that should be mention to every new patient(s). I walked inside his office out of breath from all the stress, walking with an 83 yr old & pushing a stroller. I approached the first front desk personnel, & very nicely she said "you're a little late"; I told her "parking was horrendous", she said"I know". She then sent me to another window to register & there I was told the doctor came out to tell them he will not see me. Sir get off your high horses & have compassion, don't treat patients as numbers, learn to care, just because you have a reserve parking ??. Carol PA & your staff are exceptional! learn from them.

Dr. Lederhandler is frankly the best physician I have dealt with in the last several years. He listens well, and explains diagnosis and prognosis very clearly. Dr. Lederhandler has an extremely honest, sensitive, and caring approach, and is always on time with his appointments and follow-up. While dealing with a variety of medical issues, Dr. Lederhandler has been a welcomed breath of fresh air within the physician community.

His patient always comes first. Focused, knowledgeable, caring and supremely professional, he has brought me through years of uncontrolled symptoms to being in remission and comfortable. His attention to detail includes always reviewing medications, history, even checking to be sure his patients' wait time is minimized or non-existent, Still he takes time to keep me fully informed. He and his staff deserve 5 stars.

Dr. Marc has been the most thorough gastroenterologist for me. .He makes sure that he stays on top of my problems with constant follow ups. He takes his time to explain and make me comfortable about procedures. His administrative assistant, Judy, is the most efficient and helpful person I could ever deal with. I don't know what I would do if I didn't have this super team on my side.

Accidents happen. I had a life-threatening complication after a procedure by Dr. Lederhandler. His office did not return my call for 12 hours; but when they did they were in full self-protection mode: they wanted me to only use their ER where theoretically they would be waiting for me (I went there, they weren't) and were horrified when told I had gone to a different ER. The doctor did call me every 12 hours or so while the crisis lasted, about 4 days, but suddenly went into total silence when h
