Dr. Alexander Veloso, MD

I had an emergency upper GI bleed and was taken by ambulance to the hospital. He and his team had just completed a procedure, and operated on me to assist in emergency. Great doctor! Highly recommend.

Doctor veloso may be good but his staff member are horrible not professionalism not care and to open it off he had a staff members lie about a patient and they blocked him from getting seen with anyone with medi group the patient is bleeding but thanks to the lie 6hat lady said he is un able to get a proper care be careful they dont care about patients

Hace 20 años que me atiendo con el Dr Angel Veloso, excelente Doctor y ser humano, ahora me estoy atendiendo con el hijo Dr Alexander Veloso, también es un Doctor espectacular, mis felicitaciones a todos el colectivo que trabajan ahí por ser tan profesionales

Spent about 5 minutes with me prescribed me medications with out taking consideration what I was telling him. Felt rushed on top of the fact that I wasn't feeling well due to covid and fatigued, plus dizzy offered no assistance to help me to get up from my chair as well as medical assistant.

It was my first and last visit to this "doctor ". I arrived for my appointment on time. Was given forms to fill out. Then the ordeal began. A half an hour later, several elderly patients starting asking when they woukd be seen. 3 .of them had already had waited 2 to 3 hours. The staff lied repeatedly saying they were next. When an elderly gentleman said that it was infuriating and inconsiderate for the wait. The staff raised her voice to this older gentlemen saying he was bothering patients.

I believe the doctors are good BUT they have NO regard for their scheduled appointments. The wait times are way too long. When you go to the desk the help has no regard to how long you stand there for instructions or new appt. They gave me one appt time and changed it without my knowledge, making me wait an extra two hours for no reason. I have to book transportation and cannot change pickup times the last minute. This caused me discomfort and getting ill while waiting for my procedure.

I have been patient of doctor Veloso for 5 years and for me he is the best! . I have Crohn's desease and he has been able to control me desease for all these years. He is very professional and very dedicated to his patients. The team is excellent, specifically Jenny !, she is impressive, makes you feel comfortable and special and is always aware of your health and your needs. They both make a wonderful team with a human quality that not longer exist. i highly recommend dr. Veloso.
