GREAT HEALTHCARE
I consulted Dr Mark Eckhauser for a lower leg chronic venous insufficiency, unbeknownst to me at the time. Dr Eckhauser was thorough in arriving at his diagnosis, and then patiently explained the pros and cons of proceeding with the proposed treatment. He was also extremely detailed in his explanation of each procedure (six in total), and what he expected as a result. Frankly, I was impressed both before the procedures, and during the process by his detailed preparation of what I should expect. I also cannot say enough for his staff and their concern for my welfare. I would highly recommend Dr Eckhauser to anyone with this CVI condition; you're in good hands.

I used to work with Dr Ekhauser. He had the temper of a toddler and would scream profanity across the ICU. I would not bring my dog to this man.

Well, Dr. Marc basically saved me ( the year 2003) when I learned from a CT that I had multiple aneurysms in both leg arteries. Dr. Marc explained fully the problem and made urgent arrangements to install what is a qty 5 stents, which are still in place and doing what they were expected to do, keep me here on earth. I from that point on I continued to see him regular check-up intervals. Thank you Dr. Marc Eckhauser.

I would not take anyone I love to this man. He runs hours late, and then yells profanity at his staff in front of patients. That’s just the beginning...his bedside manner would be described nicely as a frigid.

I went in to see Dr. Eckhauser, and I had a wonderful experience. The receptionist was most efficient and had a personality. Most offices lack this today. The assistant taking my vitals explained the next step, and shortly after I was introduced to this amazing Dr. He reviewed my history, and ordered my ultrasound. I was immediately taken back for my ultrasound, and the tech was thorough and very gentle with my leg. Dr. Eckhauser reviewed my results and I was discharged. Michelle Viola

Dr. Marc Eckhauser has been my Cardio Vascular Physician / Surgeon since 2009. He has always been honest & direct when diagnosing & treating my vascular issues. I have learned to trust in his abilities & skills completely. I worked at a hospital where he was Chief of Surgery, so I also had the opportunity to see the results of his surgical skills first hand. He's very personable and has a great sense of humor!

Dr Eckhauser is one of the best surgeons I've ever encountered. He performed a couple of VERY difficult procedures with great success. (cleared large clot at the IVC filter & another large clot right behind it; also retrieved the removable IVC filter when it was safe & prudent to do so. Dealing with the office staff is always a pleasure; they are pleasant, knowledgeable, always return your calls. Last, Dr Eckhauser won't sugar coat his responses, I appreciated his directness & honesty.
