Dr. Voss’s attention to detail, caring demeanor & thorough explanation of the surgery, & especially his aftercare protocol made him my choice. I did an extensive search and narrowed it down to 2 doctors. I contacted Dr. Voss’s office and left a detailed message with his MA Stephanie, confirming I’m moving forward Dr. Voss. 8 days…still no call back. I called again, and when she finally called me back, no apology…just how busy and overloaded she was. This was just the beginning of the challenges…After meeting with Voss’s PA Taryn (also amazing and thorough) I got a call the next day from Stephanie, informing me that Dr. Voss was leaving the Boulder group and my surgery needed to be moved from the surgery ctr to the hopt & scheduled a week later. I requested to speak with the dr to get details on aftercare and played phone tag for 2 weeks! The communication went from bad to worse and I called to cancel the surgery only 4 days before, due to lack of info…still no follow through!

Dr Voss is kind, caring, competent and curious. He wants to help and solve my problem with a knee implant.

Dr Voss is the only doctor I would trust to treat my body in Boulder Center for Orthopedics. I have been seeing him for nearly 10 years now. He doesn’t set your expectations too high and will tell you straight and directly what needs to be done with your problem and how he can help you along on your journey - be it my knee or my back issues. He has a really great bed side manner while being extremely honest about the plan for my issues. He is also extremely knowledgeable in his field and I would highly recommend him to any of my friends. His office follows up with you to confirm you have booked your PT and pain injections (when recommended) and Dr Voss takes the time to go over any procedure I might need with both my husband and me. I wish there were more doctors like Dr Voss in Boulder Center for Orthopedics as I have had visits with 2 other doctors in your practice that I would definitely not recommend to anyone!!! Hope he continues his work for many, many years to come!!!!

Seems like a very good doctor.

Replaced my left hip ten degrees off which allowed it to dislocate with much pain three times. He never said I made a mistake or I am sorry. I take six pain pills to walk or hike which is my passion. Had a second replacement surgery which is healing.

I have been with Dr. Voss since 2009, when he did my shoulder surgery. Last year he did my knee surgery, and he also takes care of other issues as they arise. Dr. Voss listens really well, he’s very down to earth, and he explains what’s going on in ways I can understand. I highly recommend him (and his staff) as great care providers.

Second visit for an elbow problem. Dr. Voss kept the process moving through insurance hassles and my own delays between appointments to give me relief.

Dr Voss listens and answers all your questions He is personable and very professional and in my opinion very knowledgeable in his specialty.

It has been a journey - but at long last with the help of Dr Voss and staff, as well as all the hard work I have put in with Physical Therapy I feel better than I have felt in three years! Dr Voss and the staff at Boulder Center for Orthopedics are incredibly talented surgeons and very compassionate. Remember to do the work (physical therapy) you need to do also or the surgery you have been through and all they do for you will be for naught. Thank you Dr. Voss and all your staff. Everyone has been a total pleasure to talk to and very responsive to all my needs. Cheers!

He examines thoroughly, and then discusses the problem in a way that I can understand, and then presents options for treatment. He asks me what I want to do.
