Didn't spend 1 minute with me!
Every year I must get a prescription for diabetic insoles and shoes. I go to Dr. Johansen and in the past, he's always spent about 5 minutes with me to test the neuropathy in my feet before writing the prescription. This time he only stepped one foot into the room, asked me if everything was the same. When I said "yes" he stepped back into the hallway, calling to me that the prescription would be waiting for me in the lobby. For this service he charged my insurance $125 and me, a $35 copay.
