15 years ago my daughter had a little know condition. Dr. Stidham had been our pediatrician, but had left our practice several years before. I happened to see her at a restaurant and she told me that another patient had gone to Mayo Clinic for a condition that sounded similar to my daughter's called POTS or Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. This was validated with a tilt table test. At the time there were no specialists in treating POTS in either Philadelphia where I live or Boston where my daughter went to college. It is treated by Neurologists or Cardiologists. Dr. Stidham was right and put us on the right track. My daughter still has the condition, so does Solange Knowles and Nick Fole's wife, Tori. It is currently associated with Covid Long Haulers, as well. Thank you Dr. Stidham for thinking outside many boxes.
