Went once and will never return
Zero bedside manner - not bad; completely nonexistent. Didn't greet me, didn't introduce herself, didn't speak to me at all other than to chastise me for pointing things out during my exam and asking questions. Put both hands up and said 'too many questions'. Only spoke to the medical assistant (who was wonderful). Asked me to bring back a sample of a nail for testing. I asked if it could be melanoma and she didn't answer me so, of course, I assumed the worst. Results came back and it wasn't tested for melanoma. I asked the nurse why not and was told the dr explained it at the visit. NOTHING was explained at the visit. Now I'm stuck. Will my insurance pay for another test so soon with another dr? I've already cancelled my follow up.

Not only did she not visually examine my affected areas thoroughly, but she did not give me time to explain the extent of my symptoms. Assumed I was just experiencing some skin allergy and prescribed me some creams. While the treatment did help, as soon as I stopped using treatments after 4 weeks, all symptoms returned (I even used treatment a few days longer than prescribed). Second opinion from another doctor revealed a vastly different diagnosis where all symptoms have permanently gone away after just two weeks of the right treatment.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Absolutely the most unprofessional experience. Took my daughter for scalp itching. So called doctor DID NOT examine her. Barely looked at her and said try moisturizer. When addressing questions her demeanor was disrespectful and prefaced her responses with “as I said”. The assisting nurse appeared embarrassed. The UNPROFESSIONAL visit lasted 4 minutes from a so called specialist. Second opinion and another hefty co pay results indicated my daughter did have a condition.
