The best Dermatologist on East Coast… maybe even on Planet Earth. My dad was a patient of his and now my daughter!! Very professional, kind and effective in his profession!! Highly recommend to anyone seeking a dermatologist in either Pennsylvania, Eastern or Western Hemisphere !! A+ all the way !!!! The Burda Family !!!

In my lifetime,I would only recommend four doctors and Dr. Roman is one of the best. I have the pleasure of being his patient for the last three years. He is excellent at his trade and a really nice person. His partner, Toni Bronfenbrener CRNP is also excellent. The staff persons are friendly, and very kind. I have recommended others to this excellent practice.

Was advised to go through the photodynamic therapy by Dr. Bronfenbrener. I was told I would experience "a couple of days of redness, maybe." Instead I suffered significant redness, peeling and even scabbing all over my face. There's a definitive noticeable line between where the treatment was done and my natural hairline. And it was painful. I missed two important appointments plus a handful of social engagements. I would not recommend this doctor nor this treatment. I agreed to it to get rid of a couple of age spots on my face, upon which this therapy had no effect.

I have seen several Dermatologists over the past 30 years for treatment of a rash on my face. None were able to make it go away. BUT, this excellent doctor has listened to my concerns and symptoms and tried several drugs. The rash is 85% gone! I highly recommend Dr. Bronfenbrener for results!!

I saw Toni, who is the nurse practitioner. She was helpful and informative and even did a biopsy with no pain! The office is immaculate and brand new, and I was seen on time. They had flexible appointment times without too long of a wait. They used I pads to collect health information and I thought that was great! I would definitely recommend their practice; it was a very pleasant experience and I can't wait for my next visit! They also see my daughter (for acne) and my husband (for skin checks). Totally recommend!!!

Very thorough and efficient. He knows skin problems. I followed him from his previous location and I'm glad I did.

I went to Dr Roman when he was at Yardley Dermatology. He removed some skin cancer and moles and a cyst. I liked him very much and was sad that he left the practice. I would like to see him again but I will have to check this office out to see how far it is for me to drive to.

Dr. Bronfenbrener is one of those increasingly rare physicians who is actually patient focused. He listens and considers the patient's opinion with respect. He is competent and efficient. These are rare traits to find in a physician.
