Little information and large confusing bills
Dr. Jantac is overly friendly when he obviously doesn't even know me. Recommended a bunch of tests. Received bills for Dr. Jantac ordering the tests, bills for reading the test and bills from the facility that ran the test. Certainly seems excessive. Had me schedule an appointment to tell me the results which took all of 4 minutes. This could have been conveyed by email to tell me everything is fine. Charged for a office visit.

The 90 second dash
I saw Dr. Jantac as a starting point on recommendation of my PCP. The practice had me complete the requisite paperwork (in writing), which it didn't appear either Dr. Jantac nor his assistant read. While my blood pressure was typically anxiety elevated, the ECG, heart sounds, lungs, etc. were all fine. Did I have chest pain? No. Flutter? No. Problem? I get winded sometimes and... which is all the farther I got. Dr. Jantac jumped up, said we will do a stress test and echo, that he wouldn't be changing any of my meds at this point (which ones? I thought) and left the room. I asked if someone could help me with the several dozen questions I had and waited for another half hour in the waiting room while no one came to talk with me. Finally, I went to the desk, handed back the paperwork and asked them to cancel the tests. They seemed puzzled, but didn't ask any questions. I guess he's fine if you don't mind doing what you're told while having no idea why.

Dr. Jantac is very personable , caring and concerned. He takes time to explain procedures and medications he feels will benefit his patient. I am very confident that he makes decisions that are well thought out and in the patient's best interests.
