Very short waiting time, extremely courteous staff, and the Doctor took the time to ask questions, take notes, and clarify my medical conditions.

The worst I've ever seen

I seen this physician for the first time this past week of 2022. My concern was one already prescribed med. And I didn't like the side affects. We talked and he discussed my issues with me and concerns. Not to mention he tells me my blood pressure was high this day and had been two other times. In office but he wasn't my provider. So appointment ends. I go to checkout. And he hadn't switched said medicine that I complained about having bad side effects? Nor did he prescribe anything for the high BP? But during visit this was a concern he spoke on for 5-7 minutes? I didn't like his rushed uncaring manner. Thank goodness for the checkout gal. I did get a swap on bad side effect med. But that's not a receptionist job? He did say he's retiring 3-24-22? Maybe this is long overdue. I'll be new Dr seeking. Because the NP (nurse practitioner) before him wasn't much better!!

Did not even look at radiology reports. Had telehealth appointment and we discussed numerous things. When I got the summary from the office, it wasn't what we discussed at all. I called the office to express concerns. It's been 4 days and no one has even tried to reach out to me. I'm changing doctors asap.

I have been with Dr Valle since Dr Cook left. Number one: he had his own patients; then he took over Dr Cooks patients; then of course he’s good enough to take on more so he doesn’t have enough time for the ones he already has. I loved him at first but now I cannot stand going into his office BC he may listen to me for two seconds but after I leave, my scripts are exactly the same as when I went in. Nope. He doesn’t listen anymore to what people have to say. Sorry Valle you lost me.

Straight shooter. Tells it like it is. Love this Doctor! Listens to my concerns. Been seeing him for years.

Dr. Valle does not listen well to what his patients tell him about their history of medicines nor their medical experiences. He prescribes medicines without discussing them with the patient first, then refuses to discuss anything later on when requests are made. Two of the medicines he prescribed for me were medically incompatible. Patients are made to wait for long periods of time, then rushed through appts. I could not recommend his services to anyone.
