Wouldn't take a phone call
I went to Maimo for sleep test. I wasn't sure if test was valid. Called the doc. Staff would not transfer the call. Insisted I come in for appt. I didn't want to do that if the test was invalid. Staff would not transfer the call. Will never go there again.

The worst bedside manner. Didn't use to be this poor but has changed over time. She use to spent 15-20 minutes with me but now she spends no more than 5 minutes.
